Tenant Screening
Our delinquency rate is less than 3% due to our extensive screening process. We process credit, criminal, eviction,
employment verification & rental history.

Evictions
Even after extensive screening evictions are still possible. If it happens don't worry, we work swiftly with our court systems to remove the tenant, secure the property & prepare to lease again
